<div itemprop="description">Mullen, Cody St. James age 19 of Mount Uniacke passed away on September 2nd, 2013. Cody was born April 6th,1994. He was a son of Tanya Rankin (Mullen), step-father John Rankin and father Joseph Oakley. Cody graduated Avon View High School in 2012. Cody enjoyed playing sports like soccer, softball, basketball. He played fastball with the Uniacke Mustangs. He enjoyed laughing, hanging with friends and listening to music. Cody had touched many lives and has made many friends over his years, and will stay in our hearts forever. Cody loved working with his hands, and would lend a helping hand when he could. He was employed at Samuel &amp; Sons, Dartmouth, in the warehouse. Cody is survived by his brother, Wyatt Rankin, sister, Ainsley Oakley, grandparents, Gifford &amp; Fay Mullen (Blackburn), Lorne &amp; Linda Oakley (Leblanc), Joe Rankin, uncles, Scott, Billy, Lorne &ldquo;Bubba&rdquo; and Jim, cousins, Chase, Nicholas, Emma and Jessica. Cody was predeceased by his grandmother, Leta Rankin . Service to be held in the Uniacke Legion, in Mount Uniacke, on Saturday, September 7th, at 10am. Reception to follow at the legion. We ask that you celebrate Cody&rsquo;s memory by coming casually dressed, as Cody did not like formal wear. Please make any donations to MADD CANADA.
