<div itemprop="description">Byng, Dawn Rose – Age 55, of Fletcher’s Lake, passed away peacefully Wednesday October 12, 2016 in the presence of her family at the Abby Lane Hospital, Halifax. Dawn was born in Halifax April 2, 1961. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 yrs, Kenneth Byng; three sons, Derek (Jolene) Byng, Allen (Kaitlyn) Byng, Brett Byng; two beautiful grandchildren, Blair Byng and Kenzie Byng; her guardian angel, Gloria McMichael. Orphaned by her Smith family. Dawn took great pride in raising her boys and was always involved in everything they did, from volunteering at the elementary school to coaching soccer. She would always be found with a smile on her face while baking in her kitchen or walking her dogs. Dawn has been a long time member of the Wellington United Church and took great pleasure helping anyway she could. Although her time with us here was short she left a lasting impression on this world and is deeply loved and will forever be missed. The family would like to thank all of those that have provided support and care over the past years. Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm Sunday October 16th at Atlantic Funeral Home 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Monday October 17th at St. John`s United Church, 3360 Highway 2, Fall River. Interment will follow in Riverlake Community Cemetery. Reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Riverlake Community Cemetery Fund.</div>
