<div itemprop="description"> <p> Snodgrass, Gladys Muriel Snodgrass in her 92nd, year passed away October 16th, 2012 at Parkstone Enhanced Care, Clayton Park, Halifax NS.&nbsp; Born May 27th, 1921 in Fernie, B.C. to &nbsp;&nbsp;Arthur Marwood &amp; Greta May Owen.&nbsp; Survived by daughter Robin (Don) Todd of Bedford and grandchildren, Jason Todd, Andrew Todd and his son, Liam, grand-daughter, Kristen (Charlie Mitchell), Adam Todd, Melanie and Ryan Snodgrass.&nbsp; Brother Don Owen (Jane) Victoria B.C. and nieces and nephews.&nbsp; Predeceased by her husband Oliver (Ollie) in 2007, her brothers, Mike and Jack and sons Owen at birth, William (Bill) and Don.&nbsp; Glad was a graduate of St. Joseph&rsquo;s Nursing&nbsp; School in Victoria B.C. and moved with Ollie to Montreal after WW11 to raise her family.&nbsp; By the 1970&rsquo;s they made their way back to the west coast and enjoyed many years until pulling up stakes again and moving to Bedford in their late seventies in 1998 to be with Robin&rsquo;s family.&nbsp; Glad was a much loved wife, sister, Mom, Granny and Great granny who will be greatly missed.&nbsp; Cremation to take place.&nbsp; A private family celebration of Glad&rsquo;s life will be held at a later date in BC.&nbsp; The support given by &nbsp;the staff of Bradford Hall, Evan Hall and Citadel Court is sincerely appreciated by Glad&rsquo;s family. &nbsp;Memorials in support of the NS Alzheimer&rsquo;s Society or the ALS Society of NS.&nbsp; On-line condolences may be made to www.atlanticfuneralhomes.com&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p> </div>
