<div itemprop="description">Mercer, Heidi Jane age 37 of Dartmouth. It is with sadness we announce the passing of Heidi at her residence. Born in Montague, PEI, survived by her grandmother, Mary Flynn, mother, Mary Leah Flynn (Richard La Forest), brother, James Aaron (Nicole) Johnson , niece, Rory, sister, Natashia (Jeff) Hope, niece, Elaina, Tamara Mercer, (Tom Swinimer), nephew, Tyler Mercer, (Mickyla Rogers), great niece and nephew, Sophie and Blake. Also left to mourn closer loved ones Jimmy and Alyssa Purvis, and Alan Lind. Loved and missed by the Flynn family of PEI and the Mercer family of NL. Predeceased by grandfather, Leo Flynn, father, John Mercer and nephew, Robbie Hope. Heidi was a support worker in countless homes in Nova Scotia, her dedication and care were known throughout the health care community. Visitation 12 to 1pm. Wednesday with a funeral service at 1pm, all in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. We love you to the Moon and back.
