Beloved wife for 52 yrs of David. Loving mother to Ruth (Barry) Sutherland, Philip Irvine and Joy Irvine. Nana of Jessica (Nick) Miller, Kristin (Colin) McInnis, Cassandra, Tyler, Samantha &amp; Breanna Sutherland.&nbsp; Nana to great grandsons Sam, Cameron, Ross, Gareth &amp; Baby Miller.&nbsp; Predeceased by parents Mary &amp; George Chambers, sister Eleanor (Derek) Anslow &amp; infant sister Joyce Chambers. Margaret was born in Gateshead, England.&nbsp; She trained as a registered nurse and midwife.&nbsp; Shortly after this she met the love of her life, David, a young Baptist minister.&nbsp; Their marriage began a journey that would take them to Belfast, Northern Ireland and on to Nova Scotia, Canada. She worked for many years delivering babies in Bridgewater and was often requested by mums in labour. Margaret had a loving and gentle heart.&nbsp; She was always ready for play, a cuddle with any of her grandchildren and great grandchildren; who will all cherish the stories that she wrote and recorded for them.&nbsp; Her strong faith was woven into all areas of her life and she looked forward to being reunited with her family members both now and in the future.&nbsp; She will be greatly missed by all those her life touched. Funeral Service to be held in Atlantic Funeral Home 125 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville3:00pm Sunday, August 12th, 2012. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville&nbsp;No flowers by request.&nbsp; Donations can be made to: Coldbrook Baptist Church or Seaside Community Church or to a Charity of their choice.
