BENOIT, Marion Rae
Of Lower Sackville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the age of 84. Marion was the beloved wife of Charles “Charlie” Benoit; loving mother of Roberta (Stephen Beaulieu), Clarence, Patricia (Kevin Dobson), Brett (Carrie Hogan), Benita (Serge Etienne), and Lola (Richard Treen); devoted grandmother of Jennifer, Christian, Justin, Lindsay, Mark, Cynthia, Amanda, Elaine, Emily, Kayla and Carly; cherished great-grandmother of Julia and Lorelei; dear sister of Maisie Benoit, and the late Alice Miller and Victor Benoit. Marion will be deeply missed by her niece Kathleen (Monty Fader), nephews and extended family. She will be remembered for her selflessness in helping others and for her kindness to those in need. A visitation will be held today in the Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr. from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Friday, April 8 in the Atlantic Funeral Home Sackville Chapel at 11 a.m. followed by a burial in Oakridge Memory Gardens, 1078 Old Sackville Rd.
