<div itemprop="description">WILLIAMS, Maxine Marie, 68, of Lower Sackville, passed away Sept 21 at home. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Frances (Gray) Flint and step-daughter of James Dunbar. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Dartmouth, where she was a Deaconess. Maxine is survived by husband Elwood Williams, daughters Wilma (Wayne) Smith, Cecille (Pastor Lloyd) Grant all of North Preston, son Trevor, Toronto, ON, 7 grandchildren, , Nigel &quot;Dinka&quot;, Brandon, Veldez, Archibald, Lacee, Odette, Mykel; 6 great grandchildren, Stacy, Jacob, Nevaeh, Alea, Taeona, Isaiah; four Godsons, Scott Williams, Nathan Carvery, Darrin Oliver, Cory Carvery; sisters Brenda (Leslie) Mantley,Edmonton , AB, Olive, Darlene, Wendy, all of Halifax, Orvella, Montreal, brothers George (Donna), Winnepeg, Eric (Brenda), Toronto, Glenn (Rosalind),Dartmouth; many nieces and nephews and her Aunt Yvonne Carvery. She was predeceased by daughter Monique. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors on Thursday September 26th from 6-8 pm in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. Private family burial at a later date.
