<div itemprop="description"><br>It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Sue Banfield, age 58 of Middle Sackville, at home, October 16, 2016.<br><br>Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Ted and Pauline Malpage.<br><br>Sue worked at National Art in Halifax for 14 years and retired from RBC after working for 23 years where she made lasting friendships. She was an avid Criminal Minds and CSI fan. She loved country music, and playing bingo on her Ipad. <br><br>Sue’s infectious smile and sense of humor was ever present while doing what she loved best. That being, spending time with her family for celebrations, hosting her yearly Boxing Day Gathering. Her love and commitment to family will not be forgotten. <br><br>Survived by her son, Jamie; sisters, Brenda (Glenn) Hobin; Patricia McNeil; Linda Hayter; brothers, Ted (Kathy) Malpage; Ralph (Angela) Malpage; Gerald Malpage; and many nieces and nephews.<br><br>Services have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Homes, 125 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 20 2016 from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will take place Friday, October 21 2016 at 10 am with a reception to follow. Interment at Oakridge Memory Gardens, 1078 Old Sackville Road, Middle Sackville. <br><br>Family Flowers Only, Donations To Charity of Your Choice. <br><br><br>We will miss your sweet heart and soul Susie-Q. Rest easy now, forever in our hearts and thoughts.<br></div>
