ANDREWS, Savanna Charlee
Of Lower Sackville, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 surrounded by family at the young age of 9. Savanna was the beloved daughter of Chris Andrews, Melissa Heckbert, and a devoted sister of Chelsey and Dominic Andrews. We believe she is somewhere beyond this world, no longer suffering and that will give us peace for eternity.
Savanna was a bright, energetic, and charismatic girl that always brought happiness to everyone around her. She loved cooking, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. Over the last several months Savanna had a passion for cooking and aspired to be a chef. She spent many days and nights preparing delicious meals for the family. She was open minded, always thinking of new recipes to create. As many know, Savanna was outgoing and was always making YouTube videos of different toys, cooking and games.
She will be deeply missed by her maternal grandparents Nancy and Ray Heckbert; paternal grandparents Nancy Andrews, Wayne Twiss, Gary and Louisa Andrews; maternal great-grandparents Joyce Jenkins (Charles Jenkins-deceased) and Ernie Heckbert (Velda Heckbert-deceased); paternal great-grandparents Lavinia and George Munro; aunts Shawna Heckbert, Callie Andrews; and her dear cousin Kiera Perry. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 23 at 11 a.m. in St. John Vianney Church, 4 Beaver Bank Road. Reception to follow. For those wishing, donations to Children’s Wish Foundation of Nova Scotia would be appreciated. Online condolences may be sent to www.atlanticfuneralhomes.com Sackville Chapel.
