<div itemprop="description"><br />Nehiley, Anne - It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Anne Nehiley (Organ), &ldquo;Queen Anne&rdquo;, age 88, at home on September 17th 2015, of Timberlea NS, surrounded by her loving family. Anne was born in Halifax, the daughter of the late George and Florence Organ (Keeping), and was the last surviving member of her family. Anne was a wonderful homemaker and took great pride in raising her family. She touched many lives with her presence and her great sense of humor. She enjoyed knitting, loom knitting, reading, puzzles, gardening, long car rides, and especially shopping. She was a great historian and story teller, entertaining her family for hours. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank, her sisters, Minnie and Ethel, brothers, Jim, Sylvester, George and son-in-law Ronnie. Anne is survived by her children, Brenda (Jim), Sandra, Fran (Greg), Wendy, Donnie (Simone) and Shannon (Paul). Grandchildren Karen, Kevin, Steven, Michelle, Sherri, Kelly, Ryan, Ashley, Michael, Mandy, Brittany, Emily, Kaila, Kelsey and Maddie. Great-grandchildren Josh, Meghan, Kaitlyn, Bradley, Veronica, Jessie, Caily, Zack, Brooklyn, Sophie, Paxton and Peyton. All arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive, NS. Visitation to be held Tuesday, September 22nd, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville where a memorial service will take place Wednesday, September 23rd, at 1 pm. Reception to follow the memorial service after a private family interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
